The MS Stubnitz has been visiting the city of Amsterdam 6 times so far - in 2002, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Our collaborations there with local and international partners meant a huge enrichment for the cultural life of the city of Amsterdam. The Netherlands' art scene knew how to use Stubnitz as a cultural platform, in the meaning of the word. A lot of artists we discovered over there are coming back to the ship again and again - in other harbours, other cities, other countrys. Plenty of high quality recordings of both, local and international projects, were done by the Stubnitz Media Crew in Amsterdam.
